Tofu, wok-fried with peanuts and chili

Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 cake tofu, cut into cubes
2 chili padi, deseeded and sliced
1 green pepper, cut to sections
1 carrot, cut to cube
1 garlic, minced
1 cup roasted unsalted peanuts, skin removed

Sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
  1. Mix the sauce ingredients in a small bowl and set aside
  2. Heat both oils in a wok over med heat and when hot, add the tofu and chili.  Stir-fry for 1 min.
  3. Add green pepper, carrots and garlic and stir-fry vigourously for 1 to 2 min or more.
  4. Add the peanuts and the sauce mixture and continue to stir-fry for 2 min.
  5. Ready to transfer to a serving dish.
I learn this dish yesterday, turn out good.  It was spicy and slightly sweet, crunchy and soft.. The dish is colourful and easy to prepare.  I encourage everyone to try, cos it is healthy and easy to prepare.  :)
