700 grams in 24th week

Yesterday gynae appoinment, we waited 2hrs plus in the private suite for our turn.  From dawn to dusk lo, I'm exaggerated la.  I was seen by another lady gynae because my gynae was too busy attend his long waiting list.   This lady was very friendly, ready to answer any questions from the patient.  She taught us how to count the bb movement.  Continuous movement consider as 1 count.  The next movement occurs with the interval of 5-10mins is consider as 2nd count.  Throughout the whole day, the optimal movement count is about 10.  If less than that, may consider consult the gynae.

She scanned and measured the tummy side of hers to estimate her weight.  She told us according to the size of the tummy, bb 's weight was 700g.  It was just the right figure for her growth. for 24th week :)  We so glad to hear this from her! hee hee. Hahaha, now I know bb's tummy measurement can estimate the weight.  I learnt something new.

Updates...

Completed my adv diploma in Business Management and gotten a nice certification from MDIS and University of Bradford.  Will stop my education during this period till my princess is out in this world.  Hopefully by then I still have energy to obtain a Bach in Business in near future.

As my gynae indicated my placenta was low, cardio viscular exercises were advised to be avoided.  We found out from the therapist that aqua-aerobics is actually a cardio viscular exercise.  Therefore, we thought that walking is the most suitable exercise I could take.

Reach the first year of thirties

My biggest gift in 1st year of 30s is her.

Tiong-san told me when he saw any pretty lady in mrt or bus, he will imagine what she will be like in 20 years time.  She will have his eyes or my chin etc...very pretty lo, hahaha

This month I happened to have a bit of bonus and happened my shoes are torn at the tip.  I just bought a pair of shoes from Bata during yesterday lunch. :)  Pamper myself, hee hee.  See the blue shoes..  Then on my way to meet Tiong-san after work, my old shoes soles just give way to themselves.  hahaha. I'm thinking it's fated for me to buy another shoes on the same day.  So went to Vivo and purchased the black.  It was a shoes day!  The similarity about these 2 pairs are, both uses tiny holes as the shoes design.

Almost 6 months...

I'm looking more and more forward to the day she is welcome to earth.  Feeling she grows each day, is a wonderful feeling.  Many commented that I did not look like 6 mths pregnant though.  As long as the bb is healthy, any comment doesn't matter much. 

The movements of hers are stronger each week.  I can't wait for the next scan to see what is she doing when I feel her moves. 

I gained about 4 kg so far and my appetite is slowly increasing by the number of meals I take each day.  Then I also take pix of my growing tummy, observe the changes on me.

Tiong-san has put his very best each day to delight me with his jokes and acts and pre-occupy with his tons of work.  I think is tough on him.  Recently, he injured his lower back while helping on chores. I wanted to lighten his load in the house, but well, many high and low tasks i'm not allow to do.  Avoid to carry heavy items too.  It was hard on him to handle so much, I must say.

I'm going to miss the evenings with him soon when his next school term start in a week time.  He has 3 days in a row spending his evenings in lecture theater for the next 6 weeks.  :(  Any suggestions in what should i do during these evenings?
