Cheese sauce

Just need 2 simple ingredients:
1) milk, about 100ml
2) soft cheese: cheddar cheese, about 1/3 of the cheese block.

Steps to prepare the sauce:
1) Boil the milk in a saucepan.
2) Slowly add the cheese bits by bit or slice by slice.
3) Keep stirring till cheese is fully melt in the milk.

The brands of milk n cheese I used were, meiji fresh milk and Kraft cheddar cheese.

PS: Never use parmesan cheese as the ingredient, will not melt.

Heard from Wang Yng, added onions in the sauce will enhance the flavour.

Toddler n kids can eat this sauce. Taste well when mix with rice or pasta.  Can be frozen n keep in the freezer.
